Refineries
InteliSum's Go3DNA technology along with the InteliCamera, LD3 Studio and Builder are software packages specifically developed for the petroleum industry. With InteliSum's technology accurate scans are quickly captured and models are made to ensure quality control of facilities.

Brazil's Oldest Refinery
RLAM which is the oldest refinery in Brazil is implementing the construction of a Diesel HDT Unit. The contract value for this project is 1.3 Billion dollars. This amount includes survey, engineering, fabrication, and construction at all levels.
The challenge is to provide accurate 3DModel for all the existing areas that will be engineered for a new connection point. This is estimated to be a minimum of a 128 new lines that will connect to the new HDT unit.
LD3™ Software and Hardware Solutions
In Parallel with the Texel-Camera Fieldwork, the engineering group will create 3D models from the current or pre-existing 2D designs. Any areas that do not have designs will be left blank for the time being.
Upon completion of data capture from the Texel-Camera, the 3D design will be imported into the LD3 Scene and a clash report will be generated of all existing clashes.
Schematics will be generated correcting the clashes and CAD correction will be made to the original file.
All 128 interconnections will be modelled for rotation and centreline verification. Any designs that have not been modelled due to lack of previous designs will now be completed with the data captured from the Texel-Camera.
"Without a doubt, the use of LD3 has given the best results we have ever received," said Milton Hulpan Pereira, Director of Operations for Engevix. "It has made it faster and more cost-effective to create detailed designs and solutions - all of this with the added benefit of guranateed quality control."
